Courtney Sutton is an Australian-based Clinical Nutritionist who works closely with mental health conditions, nervous system regulation and gastrointestinal health with a particular interest in supporting chronic dieting, body image issues and disordered eating amongst women.
Courtney has an integrative practitioner approach, blending holistic health with conventional, evidence-based medicine in order to best support her client's mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing. She provides a supportive and nurturing space and recognises that each client is unique and thus requires an individualised approach and treatment plan.
Courtney also invests time in recipe development and food photography where she collaborates with aligning brands, inspiring individuals to heal their relationship with food and fall back in love with nourishing their bodies.
She offers a beautiful blend of nutrient-dense meals and soul foods to suit many different dietary requirements whilst also honouring her own approach and beliefs around food.
