Tomato Carpaccio

AKA caprese salad with a little sparkle

Ingredients:

Mixed tomatoes, finely sliced

Cherry bocconcini, torn

Pea sprouts

Balsamic glaze

Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Slice your tomatoes up and layer them on a plate. Add bocconcini.

  2. Generously drizzle with balsamic glaze and season.

  3. Top with pea sprouts and enjoy!

*No amounts were added as it is entirely up to you and how much you want to make (it’s so good, I’d suggest making a lot hehe)
