Asian-style Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp tamari
1.5 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp sesame seeds (extra to finish)
1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
250g baby cucumbers

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except cucumber, in a bowl.

  2. Thinly slice cucumber and place in bowl. Stir, ensuring all cucumber is dressed. Set aside in fridge for 5 minutes.

  3. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
