Vanilla & Blueberry Granola

Ingredients:

3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4-1/2 cup honey (depends on desired sweetness)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vanilla extract
90g dried blueberries
1/2 cup sultanas
Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180'C. Line a large baking tray.
2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until coated. Pour onto baking sheet. Bake until golden (approximately. 15-20 minutes), ensuring you move the oats around throughout the cooking process.
3. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
