Salted Caramel Almond Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
12 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Optional: desiccated coconut for rolling
Method:
In a food processor, blend dates until a smooth, thick paste forms.
Add in all other ingredients and blend until completely combined.
Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into balls, then roll into desiccated coconut to coat.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These can be frozen.
