Salted Caramel Almond Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

12 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Optional: desiccated coconut for rolling

Method:

  1. In a food processor, blend dates until a smooth, thick paste forms.

  2. Add in all other ingredients and blend until completely combined.

  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and roll into balls, then roll into desiccated coconut to coat.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These can be frozen.
