Garlic Kale

A tasty side dish!

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale, stems removed

2 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 lemon

Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Tear the leaves away from the stems and rinse.

  2. Massage kale leaves with EVOO and garlic.

  3. In a frying pan over medium heat, place the kale and sautée until vibrant green and slightly wiltered. Season and squeeze your lemon over the top. Remove from heat.

  4. Enjoy as a side or the base of your salad.
